Some good news today,
I got a response from my maternity allowance application and it's been approved! :j So for as long as I'm on ML from my self employment I'll be getting a nice little weekly sum. It's going to come in very handy for paying for son No 1's nursery fees over the summer while there is no government funding. And there'll be some left over which will be squirelled away. So a nice little opportunity to save some extra while I'm not earning.
Just checked the joint account andI think there'll be about £80 left at the end of the mth to move across.
Got about half an hour or so to have a cuppa and a mooch about on here now before collecting DS from playgroup. It is nice to have an excuse to rest up, but I am so ready for this baby now- 5 weeks to go!0 -
