I sent my application off on Monday and got my response today....a big fat NO!

I was convinced I did really well this time, but obviously not well enough.

I e-mailed back to ask for some feedback as to what I failed on , does anyone know how likely they are to tell me? As they do state that they don't give individual feedback.

    A very sad,

I sent off my first application last night, expecting a no since the website no longer says they are recruiting, but secretly a tiny part of me is still hoping for a yes. Can't believe how hard it is to get into!

Found some of the test questions really difficult too, mainly the one on football!

Oh dear....i got my feedback
Rowina asked me to contact you as I marked your test.

You failed because of several small punctuation errors (eg, no capital for Roman, extra space in Q11, unnecessary semi-colon and capital F in Q5) and a typo (Konntz) in your test. One or two on their own wouldn’t have been enough to fail you, but as there were at least 6, plus 4 errors including a typo in your application form, and you failed to notice that the information in Q10 was incorrect, I felt your attention to detail just wouldn’t be good enough when working under pressure.

LOL oh well, not the job for me obviously. If i had known they test you on the application form I wouldn't have rushed through it!! Whoops! :rotfl:

Oh that response just terrifies me to be honest! I bet I made more mistakes than that. What info was in question 10 that you failed to notice? Was that the tax question?

I got a big fat NO too!!

Has anyone actually been accepted?? I think I got different questions?
I noticed a spelling mistake on one of my questions - it was an anagram, but the original word was spelt wrong, so I made anagrams of the word that was spelt wrong - if you get what I mean!
I thought that I had done really well!! BOOOO!

Even now knowing what the answer should have been, I think its far too tricky even as a trick question!
