You get sent an email with attatchments (test, application form, information). One of these is on excel and has information and the test which you email back after with the application for.

Bad luck nicola00, better luck next time. I'm not holding my breath myself, worth a try though.

Thanks Lady, defo worth a try, maybe I answered the questions to quickly (LOL) it does say on application will take no more than two hours, i finished in an hour as some of the questions were fairly straight forward , some i needed a bit more time on

Are there other similar companies to AQA 63336? There used to be Texperts but that seems to have disappeared

AQA is VERY hard to get into. I tried last summer but was declined. Some of the questions you get are ridiculous i.e. "How many german people live in the UK?"

Do you answer the questions on line, or on your own mobile:confused:

The test is done on an Excel spreadsheet which you email back. If you get in, everything is done online, so you don't have to spend hours and hours typing out answers on your mobile keypad :)

The best advice I can offer w.r.t. the test is to take your time. Although they ask for the time taken to complete it, I get the impression they're much more interested in the quality of your answers, rather than that you only took 45 minutes to do the lot. Certainly once someone gets in as a researcher, the emphasis is on getting good quality answers sent out... your speed will increase over time.

AQA also publishes a daily 'Top 5' answers on the front page of their website, so have a look at those to get an idea of how things are phrased and what kind of answers they want.

  • Hi all,

So I sent off yesterday for further info/application form but not heard anything yet, how long did everyone else have to wait to hear from them? Should I give it a couple of days and try again or have they stopped recruiting?

Thanks in advance for any help ^^
