I got one for sale, wanna know the details? It'll cost you though!

Yeah, I might be interested as long as it's a nice warm place. Beautiful though as they may be in sunny weather, I'm not interested in some rock off the coast nearby. (No place names, as I don't want to offend anybody)

OK, it's just off the coast of Papua New Guinea. There's a beautiful bridge (we call it the 'Coathanger') already been built, and a local opera house I'm willing to throw in. Offers?

Did you know that the word 'Gullible' isn't in the dictionary?

Did anyone check? Did ya? Did ya? :D

I'm afraid I'll have to decline you offer. I went to PNG some years ago. The mosquitos there are the size of you fist and malaria is pretty rife there. And when the natives get drunk, it can be pretty dangerous. I can't stand opera either.Anyway once again, thanks but no thanks.

I've just discovered what 'gullible' means:

    easily deceived or cheated.

Gee, I feel sorry for those people.
