HI PP,
Yes i followed everything correctly, only had 5 per line on the tray IYKWIM perhaps i'm doomed to not be a good bakeron the hob i'm well away and can cook almost anything if i give it a bash, my baking on the otherhand has a lot to be desired
I'll give BS's Cobbler a bash on Monday so i'll let you know how i got on, knowing my luck it will explode :rotfl:0 -

Dont say that hun!! Try again and keep the temp abit lower and see if that makes a difference. They taste scrummy though, dont they!

I did the cobbler for the first time last night might have to put it on for longer in a lower oven next time as was soggy in the middle but kids loved it as I let them make it. Thanks Black saturnGC: £400/ £00

I made the cobbler yesterday. There were only two of us so used half quantities then added a cup of thawed blackcurrants. It was really nice-not too sweet. I made it in a shallow dish about 6 inches across and baked it on gas 4 for about 50 minutes0
