I don't see the big deal in checking for meeting requests - it must make *everyone's* life easier. I would keep it to that, and that alone if you can!
However I have staff who need the odd day change working at home because dd/ds is sick. I don't make them take it as leave, and they do the odd bit over and above for me. If you are all adult, it can work really well. If it gets to clock watching and time sheets, it's a nightmare.Debt free 4th April 2007.
