Have you clicked on the MSE button to format it for here? You should be able to copy and paste it here.
  • My oldest does have a part time job as it happens. He gets up really early to help set up a market stall. Poor love he does do his best and he never asks us for anything really as he does tend to buy it himself, but there are things I as a parent should provide still I think.

I suppose I feel a bit of a failure as I too came from the hand me down seventies and didn't have holidays etc. and I promised myself my kids would have better if I could. I think that,s where I learnt my thrifty skills too.

    Thanks
  • I loaded all my info then pressed the MSE button and it cleared it. So I did it again and thought maybe I need to 'save data' and it cleared it again. So I did again and thought maybe I had to press load data and it would take me to another page but it cleared again. :o

  • Hi everyone. Just an update on my situation and a word of advice to anyone in the same situation. HAVE FAITH!!!

Basically my husband kept applying for jobs, even though one job he went for there were 60 applicants!!!!

He even phoned a manager he previously worked for and hey presto the word got round and now he starts a new job with more wages next Monday.

Thanks for all your words of encouragement when things were looking bleak.
