I have been working on clearing my debt for over a year now and all has been going well, until last week.
Basically I have been forced to quit my job as my bosses are bullys and making my working life hell to the point i spent much of my home life crying and scared to go back to work again, I stuck it out for over 18 months but it just got to breaking point last week and i couldn't keep going back there feeling unhappy as i did.
so now i am so worried and scared, I have no income and won't even be able to claim JSA as I left my job, I have been applying for jobs for months and months before now and had no luck getting a job, I just dunno what to do now

you have to wait like 4-6 weeks or something before you can claim JSA, you can still claim though0

Do you think that you could prove that they have been bullying you - even though you left your job rather than being sacked, there is a chance that this might be constructive dismissal, and if your dismissal was unfair you could take them to an employment tribunal. Claims have to be made quite promptly (I think the time limit is 3 months) so if you have any thought of making a claim, I'd get some advice asap.
