I've worked for a couple of the big telecoms providers billing teams in the past so chances are one or two members of this board have spoken to me.

Now I work tech support for a big computer company it's a lot better work environment. Working where you actually help people out is so much better than getting jaded by all the sob stories about why people can't pay their bills.

Barclaycard??? - thats nothing, barclaycard are nice people compared to my lot - i work for the devil worshippers of the credit card business - MBNA - I win:D :p
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

no idea what my nerdnumber is - i am now officially nerd 229, no idea on my debt free date
  • I have found Barclaycard very good with my CC debt. They accepted a reduced amount from my ending DMP with GP and they have never started adding charges and interest like some of the other creditors have. They send me a statement every month and it has the reduced payment amount on it.

That's ok- I like Barclaycard. They paid me back my fees which cleared the balance and my little overdraft (not that I'm going to use the card again though! :) )
