Sorry if this should not be posted here but im new to this.

Ive been doing comps since beginning of jan and have not won anything. (im so unlucky)
I was just wondering if everyone seems to win regulary or not.

Feb Goal - Win a Comp.... Never win anything.

March Goal - Lose a stone as i never managed to lose any weight in feb GRRRR :eek:

    Best places for these kind of posts would be the discussion thread or the compers inn.

    Back to your question - wins are mainly down to luck, and the more comps you enter the more chances you have of winning. It's as simple as that.

    You must remember that anyone who's been comping for longer will have entered far more comps, and so will have lots more chances of winning.

    Remember that of all those you have entered, only a few would have ended by now. In my experience it takes around 6 months of solid comping to start pulling in those regular weekly-ish wins.

    I've been comping since May last year and i haven't had a win since November. I know that one will come at some point though so i'm still trying.

    I only enter the fairly big, probably most popular comps and get one big win a year approx and about 5 smaller ones.. Patience, persistance and obviously a bit of luck are needed. It will happen eventually.x
    Top wins in 2018: Trip to Iceland, helicopter ride over london, couples massage, £300 flight from Pringles, trip to Paris, cocktail making class and afternoon tea up the shard. .

    Top wins in 2017:holiday to the Bahamas, trip to Paris, meal with champagne, a week in a manor house in France with £500 spending money.

    Maybe you have won something that you don't know about yet! Some prizes take weeks even months to come & some just turn up without any notice to say you have won. Keep at it, a win will come soon! :)
