Help - Court Papers Recieved

Hi all
Can anyone help me please?
I've received some court papers in the post today from Incasso on behalf of RBS - they are our biggest creditor. They sent a letter dated 09.02.09 and saying they would issue within 7 days if they didn't recieve the amount outstanding (like I've got £31k stashed down the back of the sofa!). Anyway the papers have arrived so I rang them and they said Payplan had contacted them but they weren't prepared to accept the amount offered - their client wants £523 pm, which is about £200 more than what we were paying before the DMP, and if that couldn't be paid they were looking at getting a Charging Order. I always knew at the back of my mind that this was a possibility but now I'm really scared. We received confirmation last month that the arrangement was accepted and now this.
I've spoken to Payplan who've told me what bits to fill in and then to send the forms to them to complete the rest and they will then send it back to Incasso.
We've been on the DMP about 7 months and everything seemed to be going ok and I was feeling really positive about it all - facing up to the mess we were in and dealing with it - but now I just feel like I've hit rock bottom. DH is at work so not told him yet and have managed to get the kids out the way to give me a bit of peace and so they don't see the state I'm in.
If anyone out there can give me some reassurance I would be so grateful.

Yes, they are from Northampton. Don't wish to appear any dafter than I am already, but what's a termination letter?DMP MUTUAL SUPPORT THREAD MEMBER 220LBM - JUNE 2008DEBT FREE - JULY 2035DMP WITH PAYPLAN0 -
the termination letter is the one they sent you after the default that says you have not complied with the default so we will do blah blah within so many days if your dont pay the debt in full blah blah blah
please ask all the questions you want - none are silly or make you look silly
hopefully 10past6 or ras will be about soon0 -

I've just been going through my paperwork from RBS and I don't appear to have received a default notice. They sent me and DH one each for the amount owing on our current account but there's nothing which relates to the loan account. The court papers have lumped the two amounts together but surely if the accounts are separate there should be defaults to both of us for both accounts?DMP MUTUAL SUPPORT THREAD MEMBER 220LBM - JUNE 2008DEBT FREE - JULY 2035DMP WITH PAYPLAN0

Have just found out that if a debt is over £25k then the creditor doesn't have to issue a default notice. Think its a case of filling in the admission and waiting to see what happens.
Thanks for your help louietudor - much appreciated.
