I once had a veggie dish from an indian, I think it was called pasanda, but it was vegetables in a lovely sauce which had bananas in it. I cant remember a lot else. Any ideas what it is and can I make it myself?

hi i dont know if this will help but i buy curry kits from www.123curry.co.uk they do a passanda kit and a pathia kit , i used to buy a kashmiri korma in our local indian which is just basically a fruit korma which is lush i now make my own using the kits.
and no i am not affiliated with them in any way lol
they do 3 kits for £8 with free delivery each kit does 8 -10 curries0
