Looks like the image of him sat in his Speedos has been recalibrated... It won't work the same way now, that's for sure :D

Good luck. I hope you knock him dead (so to speak).

BTW - did you add £20 to your SOA for car repairs?

Discharged nearly 15yrs and happen again😓
  • Thankyou everyone for your lovely messages :T

Two nightmares already this morning and it is only 9.15am!

Number 1.... I took a meter reading for my electricity - Scottish Power online has a facility for you to enter the meter readings and it calculates the bill straight away.. £88.00 for 5 weeks. A 100% increase on a normal month! This is after a visit in December from the Energy Consultant from my HA who advised me to turn my storage heaters up to full, to charge them right up, and then set them on a low setting.... BIG MISTAKE.... it has obviously pushed the consumption through the roof, silly c*w!

I shall have to crank up my SOA yet again, thank heavens I did it before the interview....

Number 2 ..... Look at my stars for today

Money matters might take a turn for the worse today. Don't allow yourself to fly off the handle because of this. Just make use of every bit of financial savvy which you have in order to put things straight. Try to remain calm and collected when dealing with stubborn people - don't allow yourself to be drawn into arguments. You'll be able to pull everything together again - but only through your own ingenuity. Don't depend on others.

It is my interview at 2.30pm - I am bricking it in case Mr D is a wolf in sheeps clothing.....

Day off today.... I am going horse riding at noon to try and take my mind off things. Will keep you all posted.

    Thanks guys,

I will do my very best to stay on top of the horse and not on the ground!

On a serious note, my tale of the electricity charges I hope will warn people of the costs of the fuel supplies this winter. We have just had an exceptionally cold month or two and I don't want people underestimating how much their bills are going to be when they calculate their SOA's.

Better to be too high than too low! ;)
