Hi guys,
I am from ireland. But i have ordered a sofa from DFS belfast.
I didn't read your post before. Now the situation is i have ordered a 3 plus 2 leather sofa named Austin from DFS belfast. It came altogether for 1999 sterling pounds. the rep spoke to me about 5 year leather care for 150 which i accpeted, Now i came to know that its just waste of money. so Guys please advice me what should i do now in relation to placing order. i placed order on boxing date and they told me it takes 9 weeks to deliver. i read different stories. i know now i cant cancel the order. i checked the price of sofa in republic but it was rip off for crap stuff. So, please advice me what should i do if they deliver the sofa and what precautionary measures i should take at the time of delivery. i have payed 140 steerling pounds as deposit and i need to pay the rest at delivery. please also advice me how to cancel the leather warrenty. They asked to leave me credit card details with delivery guy. should i do it or whats your advice. please advice. the reason is asking for advice is i have to travel 1oo kilometeres in case of any problem.
looking for your advices.
thanks
