Hi
Just a really quick one and would really appreciate some quick feed back..
its turns out that when i moved not all my creditors were notified and since have been to court and i've now got at least 3 ccj's against me. If i was to go bankrupt, do these get cleared as well ?

i'll looked and it looks like they stay on your credit file but hey lets face so does everything else i've got.. but would the bankrupcy pay them off ? or after been declared bankrupt, would i ?0

I was told that Court payments are not included in a bankruptcy order, but that may be misinformation. Not very helpful to be honest am I!

As I posted elsewhere. If you can avoid bankcruptcy at all then avoid it. That will stay with you alot longer than the CCJ's. It isn't the easy optioon people perceive it to be.0

all debts including creditors with a CCJ wouod be included in the bankruptcy. The CCJ's woudl not be paid off ( who would pay them the tax payer?) and would stay on your credit file for the six years. But the Bankruptcy Order woudl stay on your credit file for six years anyway so does not make any difference. You do not have to repay any unsecured creditors, including those with CCCJ's. once you have been declared bankrupt. Some debts cannot be included in bankruptcy, liek student laons, child maitenance, court fines. But a regular consumer debt with CCJ woudl be a debt in the bankrupt. see https://www.insolvency.gov.uk, leaflet 'guide to bankruptcy'.0
