You MUSt discuss this with CCCS, as if you make a preferential payment to MBNA, then you invalidate your agreement with CCCS and the other creditors.
MBNA know this and should not be encouraging you to break well understood debt collection rules.
Have you done a CCA request on this debt (when does it originate from?)If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Hi, not sure what you mean by CCA request? This debt is included with my CCCS debt plan. Yes I am aware that I need to discuss this with CCCS. I am due to have a review with them this week I hope.
