Our SOA's please check through

I hijacked someone elses thread so thought to start my own.

Right, me, woman, is on incapacity and hubby in full time work. Majority of debt is in my name and listed as so on the iva that we entered as joint. Now we are going for bankruptcy I want to get all paperwork ready to put into court as soon as fail notice arrives from debt free direct.
I now know I have to list each debt as individual which I will do with list from DFD, I cant see much as having been paid to them in a year from the money we have paid. I just dont understand what I put on each SOA with incomes and so on. Please help with instructions and input.

At a quick glance it all looks fine. You understand how to split it between the 2 of you, don't you?

Check your home insurance has accidental damage on it as you won't have access to credit if one of your DC were to break the TV.

Also is your car insurance fully comp?

  • thanks for replying. No not sure how to split. Can you list how to do it please?
Car insurance is fully comp and I will check house insurance.

I also noticed on the forms last night that they want your last job if you do not work. I worked for a bit on the government scheme that lets you work while on incapacity. Do I put this as my last job or the job I had when I first came out of work onto incapacity?

Loadsofdebt holidays and haircuts are allowed.

SB on each SOA you list your joint outgoings ie mortgage/rent, utilities, council tax. Then you list your own personal expenses ie mobiles, haircuts, clothes.

Then on each form you put the full wage of the person who's soa it is and then the contribution of the other person to the joint outgoings.

If you do both and pop them up someone will check them over for you.
