Good on you for posting your first thread
I got lots of bargains at Sainsburys today, mostly chocolate ! ****************************0 -
Thanks Alison!
I know it's not a mega money saving thing but it may be of use to someone... :beer:0 -
I got 75% off loads of stuff today at Sainsburys, i saw the Quality Street and thought WOW! but i am so sick of chocolate after stuffing my face with it over Christmas that i couldn't purchase any more, but it will be a nice little bargain for some people. I spent about £30 on wrap and stuff the day after boxing day when all that sainsburys stuff was half price, wish i had known they would be reducing it further!Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

Just got back - 24p for certain Cadbury's chocolate selection Xmas packs (plastic wrap with skating penguins), 62p for ones in a box, and 74p for stockings (full of choc!)
Way cheaper than buying individual or multi-pack bars - especially the 24p!The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

Yes, some great chocolate & cake offers to be had.
I had gone in for salad & fruit, honestly and came out with a shamefully unhealthy trolley!0 -
I think you will find that time wise this one was actually posted first. This was posted at 5.54pm on 02/01/09 - the other posted at 8.45pm on the same date.
Great first post OP, my store didn't have them but found them in the garage last night for that price. :TDream as if you'll live forever - live as if you'll die today0 -

My local Sainsburys had the mini "Taste the difference" laced with cognac christmas puds for 49p this morning!
Needless to say I relieved them of a couple, just had one with custard, they are nice!Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!
