Copyright on photo's

My b/f has done the photos for my sisters wedding, and I'm just putting onto CD for her. I am aware that if she goes to get any reprints done some places will ask if she has the copyright for the photos, what kind of wording will I need to include to prove we're letting her reproduce the photos?

Just wanted to be on the safe side. I used to work on the photo dept at Asda and we were always told not to print anything that looked like it was professional, and as I've done a nice label for the CD, and a cover I didn't want an overzealous member of staff to spot that and then not let her print the pics.

If you haven't already burned the cd you could include a .txt file or pdf titled 'useage licence' stating that the copyright holder provides authority for reproduction of the contents of the cd in full hi-resolution format by third party printers.
