Has Tesco lost it's (Green) Bottle?

NEWS FLASH...
Just been to the Tesco's at Lakeside, Thurrock
stuck nearly 400 items (mixture of glass, steel, aluminium, plastic) whole months supply of recycling in....
and got 9 points....last month got 100 points for same amount....
with the crunch, and the drop in price of recycled glass, etc seems they have pulled the plug on points....
ONLY received points for aluminium cans....none for bottles, plastic, steel, etc
tsk...
back to shopping...and recycling, at Asda then for me.

Last I heard councils were trying to find storage space at military bases for plastics and other recyclates. The price has collapsed for a lot of stuff. (It seems paper planes have more airmiles at the moment).0
