Morning all! DD is out doing hers and DS's paper rounds, my scratchcards are done, and I am about to put the kettle on again.....
My sister is coming round at 9, so I need a mega quick tidy up......then I am out for most of the day.
No running for me today - my muscles are very aware that I ran yesterday, so I am having a day off from it!

I wish someone has played that cruel trick on me this morning... I'm sat in bed, done nothing, been awake for a few hours :eek: and I would be so much more satisfied if I had tidied up already BUT even that thought does not spur me on to do house work
