Lucky's Diary

Yet another diary!!!!

Please ignore this one!

Basically, to cut a very long story short, I have about £12,000 of debt at the moment, excluding my mortgage. £6k on one cc and £6k on my overdraft. I managed to get debt free for a while, then bought a flat and had to buy things for the flat:rolleyes: .

I want to leave the UK for sunnier climates as I have been diagnosed with severe SAD and think it would be easier to move to a climate with more sun. I have worked out that I will need about £8k to move as I can live with relatives until I get a stable job.

So this diary is really to keep me on check and make sure that instead of spending money that I could be throwing at my debt on going out that I think of the bigger picture.

Comments

  • I currently work for AQA but have been lazy in the last few months. I reckon I can make £200 a month to throw at the cc with this.

I have just listed 30 books with Amazon - see how that goes. I have literally hundreds of books. If I move country I will have to get rid of them, so may as well get rid of them now and make a wee bit of money to throw at the debt to boot.

  • Am planning to move to Africa. Hopefully Mozambique. Gorgeous weather and diving all day. Would love to have some sort of diving lodge or failing that a little web shop selling african crafts! SHabby chic - african style!

I do pigsback , pureprofile and one mystery shop site (that only brings in about £10 every 2 months- maybe my demographics isnt what they want). Would love to do more sites but cant get my head around which sites to try! Any recommendations would be good. What's the £10 a day challenge?

Sold my first book on amazon for £3.05. Hopefully the p&p wont be too much!!
