as a women, I don't tend to keep on tabs with menswear, but sites that do discount sports wear for both men and women are

runnersworld.co.uk sometimes have some good discounts and the discounts online are not there in the runners need stores. (if you are serioulsy into your sport this is a good site.)
littlewoods.co.uk/laredoute.co.uk/empiredirect.co.uk when they have sales can be really good
and good old fashioned ebay.

Offline there is tkmaxx, sportsworld (think sportsworld may also be on the net somewhere) and also googled discount sports wear and found in addition to the above:
