    I'm in the Midlands.........so where's my snow? :(

    On topic: We have three properties out of twenty eight on my village road for sale.;)

    on topic - the last thing we need is a cold winter, pushing up energy usage will take even more money out of peoples' pockets and reduce the chance of any price reductions - indeed if it is a cold winter all over Europe and with Russia suffering financial meltdown are we certain there will be enough gas to go around?

    wish it was snowing here. would be entertaining to watch out of the window. but am in London so seems unlikely. I am tucked up in bed with tonsillitis, eating yoghurt and scrambled eggs (not together). wah.

    on topic - a bitterly cold winter will see a sharp rise in probate sales applying even further downward pressure on house prices.
