on topic - the last thing we need is a cold winter, pushing up energy usage will take even more money out of peoples' pockets and reduce the chance of any price reductions - indeed if it is a cold winter all over Europe and with Russia suffering financial meltdown are we certain there will be enough gas to go around?I think....0

on topic - a bitterly cold winter will see a sharp rise in probate sales applying even further downward pressure on house prices.
