            Today I have:
 been to work
listed 4 more items on Ebay
 made lunches for tomorrow
 had tea
So far stuck to my WW points
Tomorrow is a busy day - am attending a lunch at work - but am going to eat my own packed lunch there (this will be a first for me but I NEED to get this diet started).
Have a meeting lasting all afternoon - will have to sneak out early as its parents evening for DS, then get him to the chip shop for tea (not healthy I know) but then have to get him out to air cadets parade. He has his uniform ready so that is part of the battle. He does his own ironing - won't let me anywhere near it To be fair - he is a far better ironer than I am. To be fair - he is a far better ironer than I am.
I need to start thinking about exercise now. A friend at work is going to lend me some exercise thing for the Wii for me to try out and see if I like it.
PS - I won't be tempted by the chippy - I have a lovely WW ready meal to pop in the oven when I get back from dropping off at Air Cadets.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

I know what you mean MrsP. sometimes I have to sit at my desk all day, its boring too. Well done for no chippy tea. I have them WW ready meals before, they are not bad.
Keep it up, you can do it

I was good today dietwise and didn't even have a taste of one chip from DS's plate. I had my WW meal followed by a WW pud. I have enough points left over for a small chocolate bar - proper choccy not WW I have to leave now to pick DS up from air cadets - when I get back I will have my choocy bar in bed as a treat while I watch a bit of telly. Going for my first week's weigh in tomorrow. I have to leave now to pick DS up from air cadets - when I get back I will have my choocy bar in bed as a treat while I watch a bit of telly. Have got some really good bids on the items on Ebay. Will be putting some more bits up at the weekend hopefully.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

I lost 3 lbs at WW. Am so pleased. Am so pleased.
Have been good so far again this week - so hopefully at least 1 lb will come off.
Have done food planning for a month and food shopping - the freezer is now full to bursting. I remember when I last did this I was able to save quite a bit of money. We are going to be boring for a bit i.e. if its Monday then its pizza night, Tuesday egg and chips, etc., etc. It will help me to plan my diet as well.
On the money front - still looking OK. Just need to keep focussed.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Well done MrsP, I knew you could do it. I did not do very well last week and over the weekend, but I went for a run tonight and getting back on track.DFW#972 LBM2 (09/07/12) £25938.84; Current £23783.35;Credit Credit Card1 £128.47/£6424.24 (2%);Credit Card2 £443.86/£15663.25 (2.8%); Overdraft £0/£2500 (0%)0

Lost 2.5 lbs at WW weigh in tonight. That is 5.5 lbs in two weeks. I am over the moon. I want to lose 2 stone in total (in the first place) and have broken that down into 7 lb (half stone) chunks - WW give you a silver 7 sticker when you do this - so I am well on my way to my first one. Am very motivated but know that I can easily stray!
Have just been looking up the swimming times at the local pool. Several years ago I used to go first thing in the morning. If I don't exercise first thing then I never will. I can leave home at 6.10am be in the pool for 6.30am swim for half an hour get showered, do my hair and be sitting at my desk for 8am. I am thinking of doing this twice a week - and maybe varying the days. Might go Saturday morning this week for the first time to break myself in gradually. In fact, what the h@ll - I WILL go this Saturday morning - opens at 7am on weekends.
I need to exercise - it will do me good and help with the weight loss.
On the money front, still Ebaying - DH has some more stuff we are hoping to put up tomorrow night.
 Lunches all ready for tomorrow.
going to collapse and watch Prof. Brian Cox and his stargazing now.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Well I never went swimming at the weekend - nor have done any exercise. However, I have managed to lose another 1.5 lbs which brings the total to 7 - i got a lovely shiny silver 7 sticker. That means 3 more to go before I lose 2 stone and will then decide how much more I want to lose. I very motivated indeed. Went to a conferency thing for work today and had salad for lunch - ignored the pasties and ignored the chocolate brownies with clotted cream - I was GOOOOOOOD. For how long it will last I don't know, but will make the most of it.
On the money front no changes as yet. DH is busy cleaning stuff to put onto Ebay so will get back into that this weekend. We decided to give it a break for a week or to - also think people may not have the money - january is such a long month - my pay day is not till Tuesday and its seems ages away!
 Have re-jigged budgets slightly.
Not sure that I am going to manage to pay off the MBNA - all depends on Ebay and motivating DH to get the stuff ready for sale - now he has his bike its not such a priority for him - although he assures me he is still on board with it all.
We got to MIL the first weekend in February to collect the rest of his stuff from the attic (Yes he left home over 20 years ago)!!!! The rest of that stuff will be Ebayed. Its all motorbike bits and pieces.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Spent the weekend listing on Ebay - just listed a few bits and pieces of jewellery (costume) which I don't wear - be interesting to see if any of it sells.
Have got lots of bids on the motorbike bits we put up yesterday - comes to over £100 already - and still another 4 days to go so I am hopeful of a good haul from that.
Still sticking to the diet - but not sure if I will have lost anything this week.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Not much change on any front really.
Still Ebaying - but instead of using the money for debt am using it for pleasure. We bought some new bags for the new bike - but that is everything now for the bike and as most of the Ebay stuff was to buy the new bike then that is acceptable. I have also got a new laptop (I love it). Really need to knuckle down now and use the Ebay money for paying off some debt.
Have also got piles of stuff in the spare bedroom as well as the shed for a boot fair. Just waiting for the weather to get better. Having said that today is absolutely glorious.
Still gong to WW but have not followed diet for 3 weeks and as a consquence have put back 1.5 lbs. Need to knuckle down to that too.
Looked around the house today and decided that it needs a really thorough spring clean. It just gets me down, no matter how you clean and tidy it gets dirty and dusty again. We have awful problems with condensation (think most people who live in Cornwall do). We have two dehumidifiers going - one on the landing 24/7 and the other in our bedroom just during the day - too noisy at night.
The first debt I am tackling is the MBNA CC - not sure of exact amount but its over £2,000 so is do-able.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Done lots of gardening this weekend and at last it is starting to look good. Pond is almost finished now. The local garden centre had 10% off everything so managed to save while spending money!
Feeling a bit fed up today- DH and I have had a row - I am trying to get him motivated again to get me some motorbike stuff to put on Ebay - I need him to sort it out and tell me what it is and what the starting bid should be. He now has his bike and bags etc., so is not as motivated as me about selling the remainder to help pay some debt off.
Feeling down as I was 50 in August and I hate it. I work with young people - they don't know my age and no one has asked me - if they do I will say I am 48 - how stupid and sad is that. These last 2 weeks it is really bothering me and I don't know why.
Trying to be really positive about stuff. Have managed to lose 9 lbs on WW so far so that is going great. Am happy and work and love the people I work with. Don't really know what is the matter with me. I don't often feel down - it only ever lasts a few hours - but this is lasting longer. Maybe its my hormones?
Positive stuff: have cooked a lovely stew with dumplings for our dinner tonight Packed lunches ready and made in the fridge. Have got a week off work at Easter and am looking forward to that - will have 2 days off work on my own so can sort some more of my "rubbish" and go shopping on my own which will be a treat. Then my oldest friend and her family are visiting for a couple of days so I cannot wait to see her and go out and about with them! Packed lunches ready and made in the fridge.
