Happy New Year to all

Well, the damage over Christmas wasn't too bad - weight wise or money wise, but could have been better.
It was great not having a credit card - the temptation would have been incredible to use it so I am really glad that I cut them up.
Am now going to turn my attention to getting rid of as much of the unsecured debt as possible.
Nothing else to Ebay so its just a matter of cutting back, not spending frivilously and making savings wherever possible.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

The wonders of snow, gives us all NSD'sProud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

Just plucked up courage to look at my bank account and I will have to dip into my savings this month - not really a good start. Reasons:
1. Christmas
2. Both DH and I received our salaries before Christmas therefore almost 1.5 weeks early
3. overspent at Christmas
Not to be too hard on myself it could have been a lot worse and this year at least I have some savings to dip into. So - I will do that this month and from this day onwards back on the MSE wagon with a real vengence.
Will update my figures in the siggy shortly.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Well - still snowed in. Just had a lovely surprise - I've now managed to get all the settlement figures for my loans and they have gone down (which of course they would as I pay each month, but I am surprised by how much):
loan 1. £9763.91
loan 2. £3724.08
loan 3. £5039.11
Now loan 1 has the highest apr so that is the one I should really aim to pay off first. My target now is to try and get this paid off by end of April. I am really gong to have to go some to achieve this but hopefully can do so.
Another nsd yesterday and will be another one today.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
