Catspaw - I freeze all my homemade bread. If its rolls I just bung them all into a carrier bag and tie the top then just take out however many I need the night before. If its loaves I usually cut them in half and then freeze.

Haven't been on for a while as have had visitors and also busy at work.

Will get the lump sum payout this month which will just about pay off the CCs and leave a little bit over. There is also enough for my dental treatment. Things are still quite tight as I have now done a proper SOA and will be saving so much per month for all those llittle extras like MOT, car insurance, house insurance etc., which I never bothered with before and just put on the CC.

I have opened a lot of little savings accounts on my online banking account and named them for the various accounts e.g. oil; car service etc.

I am aiming to save a minimum of £250 per month as well which will be put away and then used to pay off loan no. 1 which is my next priority.

Will update my siggy next week when I've paid off those dreadul CCs. Bad news is that my overdraft has crept up again as well. This will also be paid off and I am determined now not to use it.

All visitors leave early on Sunday which is also the day of my big shop so by Sunday evening I should more or less be back to normal.

Hey MrsP thats great news about getting the lump sum for the CCs overdraft and the dental treatment.... it will be such a weight off your mind not having to find the money to pay them every month.

Well the lump sum went into the current account and came straight out again - all CCs now paid and overdraft now paid off. Money put on one side ready for the dentist.

I'm now ready to start dealing with the rest of the unsecured debt - this is made up of 3 loans - one for £12,000, one for £4,000 and one for around £6,000. I've rounded them up for ease.

The one for £12,000 should really be the first one I pay off as its got the highest APR. I'll start saving and review the sitaution in January/February - see how much I've managed to save and see which one I should pay off. Even if I can pay off the smaller one then it will free up extra money which I can then save towards the bigger one. I'll see how I go.

    Thursday

Well I'm ashamed to say I still haven't managed an NSD this month.

We're off to the pub tonight for a fireworks party - but we have eaten already so will just need to buy some drinks.

Didn't go on Wii Fit yesterday and won't tonight. I've also been rubbish at following my WW points.

I've got two nice dresses to wear for a Christmas party and also a New Year's Eve party so I need to get cracking and try and get myself motivated to lose some. I have joined the lose 7 lbs a month for November challenge so hopefully the guys on there will give me some motivation.

today I chopped up a massive pumpkin which cost me £1.50. I am going to make some pumpkin and coconut soup - let's ope it works this time. The last time I made pumpkin soup last week I put too much garlic in. This time NO garlic.

I might also try and use some of it to make a pumpkin curry?

Downstairs is all clean and tidy, washing is all put away.

Packed lunches made ready for tomorrow.
