Why are men so bl***y awkward?

I'm really cross with DH tonight. The pension paperwork hasn't arrived and they have emailed me it again and told me he can sign it, I can scan it and then email it back - why didn't they say that in first place. DH has signed paperwork again but needs to get his signature witnessed. I asked him to go next door and do it straight away so I can put it all in my bag ready for work on Monday when I can scan and email it back. He said he was watching something on TV!!!! When I came in to see what it was it was some awful old 70's programme with Sid James and Barbara Windsor in Medieval times. I am so cross! He has never watched it before!

I'm seething - he's still stuck in front of the TV - he never normally does this - maybe its a mid-life crises????

Oh dear, well us men can be like that sometimes MrsP.

Just bash him on the head with a rolled up newspaper, that should do the trick. :rotfl:

I want to apologise for my statement about men in general - what I should have said was "DH".

I've just gone out and done my big monthly shop and DH came as well and was OK so whatever it is maybe he's over it now? Maybe he's just feeling his age (54) as we are organising payment of one of his pensions. I am going to be nice to him!

Spent £120 approx on monthly shop including £10 top up phone for DS and 2 bottles of Cava. Also bought a couple of sneaky things that weren't on the list.

Off to have a glass of two of the Cava now - well it is the weekend.....

Just changed my siggy regarding my weight. I can't deal with it at the moment - once I get on top of my debts and re-do SOA in November (once pension starts) then I will look at my weight.

Sent off via email this time signed pension documents - waiting to hear back that everything is now in order and payments will start in November - if not November then it will be 1st December.

    Thursday

Managed my second NSD of the month today.

Spent some time working on my new SOA as all being well the pension money should come through on 1st November. My new mission now is to pay a loan off by April of next year - will update my siggy once pension money is in - I don't want to tempt fate.
