Hey MrsPorridge
That's great news about ebay and making enought to pay for the clock!! Very impressed!
A spending diary is a great idea.... i start one and then never ever finish it but may start another one at least you have a plan for your ebay money mine always ends up getting swallowed up on bills... or it just ends up going into the bank account and then disappearing

Some more Ebay parcels sent off today.
Got some more bids on the some of the 45 items that are up at the moment. Have decided to try and put some of my clothes that will never fit me on Ebay and raise a few more quid.
Aim is to pay off as much of the OD as possible by the end of the month.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

Thursday
Will list 5 more items on Ebay tonight - I'm on a roll and my own personal challenge is 5 items per night (but I don't have anything to list tomorrow night - so far)!Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Just listed my 5 items on Ebay for tonight. I will have to get my thinking cap on for tomorrow's 5.
Had stir fry beef and noodles for dinner (home made) and two fondant fancies for pudding (shop bought).
Had a letter from Mint offering 0% balance transfer till February 2010. The Tesco CC 0% offer ends next month and I'm still nowhere near paying it off. Mint was in DH's name and I cut the card and disposed of it over a year ago. DH will phone Mint tomorrow and see if we can still take advantage of the offer and get a new card.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Friday
Just listed my 5 items on Ebay. Brings total to 58. So far a grand total of £19.47.:j Quite a few of them are ending tomorrow so I will relist those that don't sell and be packing up those that do.:D
Have found a bunch more things to go on Ebay. Things that I can put up for 99p and just keep relisting - you never know.:T I notice that some of the things I have relisted for the third time have now got bids on them.
Didn't manage my NSD as went for a walk this evening and put £1.50 on the Euromillions - I can't remember the last time I bought a lottery ticket so fingers crossed.:j:j:jDebt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Tuesday
Still haven't managed an NSD yet.
But in other news I have now joined WW online - more convenient. I've justified it by saying the money I save on buying chocolate will pay for it.:D
On the MSE front:
still waiting for the Mint card to arrive so can do a BT.
have £58 waiting in Paypal to be transferred over into current account towards OD
five more items finishing tonight on Ebay - should net another £6.
Cheque from Dad to be paid into current account tomorrow for £60 which was for some drink I got for him.
relisted items on Ebay which didn't sell for a third time (third time lucky)
have photographed another 50 items ready to upload to Ebay - 5 a night
tonight out to do some geocaching with DH's new gps thingy - did one at the weekend and it was fun and I walked for over 1.5 hours (which is a record for me). :T I normally stop after about 20 mins:D
So tonight I'll be out and about walking around and attempting to lose some weight. May pop into a pub but I'll stick to a diet coke.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Wednesday
Managed to stick to first day of the diet.
No NSD has had to pay out for a colleague;s birthday present
Visited dentist - have to go back in June to chat about various treatment options.
paid in Dad's cheque.
Still no sign of new Mint card - BT offer runs out on 22nd May.
Packed up some items for Ebay and relisted those which haven't sold
made packed lunches for tomorrow
Still very positive about diet - I am going to do this now.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Hey MrsPorridge good news about all the ebay items and managing to find 50 is great... good luck with getting them all listed.
I kinda gave up on my diet this week
but i went to my keep fit class on Wednesday and i found it a bit easier to do the exercises so have decided to give it another go... i walked to work tonight so thats something!
Im not going to deprive myself of anything... that's where i found i was falling down with the diet i wanted something but wouldn't have it cause it would be bad but now if i really want something bad enough i will have it and then try and exercise it off later!!!! I only lost half a pound this week and am not that hopefull that i'll lose much this coming week as im away for 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast so im going to enjoy it.... the only bonus is there is a swimming pool and gym so my intention at the moment is to go swimming twice a day morning and afternoon with a visit to the gym somewhere in between!
Good luck with the ebaying and the diet
