Sounds as though you are really organised, I am not so unfortunately but then I am surrounded with boxes and gowns etc which I now need to take piccies of and upload onto fleabay. I also have to write up my profile for this new contract I hope to land.0

Hi Horace - good luck with all the ebaying - can you see your TV yet through the wedding gowns?
Hi Buddiebabe - yes I still do have my Wii fit. I got upset with mine as well when it said I was overweight (which of course I do know). However, I have got the Wii coach which is just a disc and does not use the wii fit board (but I use it as a step board). The Wii coach is brilliant as it builds a programme around you, if its too difficult you say so and it slows it down a bit. You can do 15mins, 30 mins or however much you want. You don't have to keep stopping in between exercised to press the buttons on the remote either. I recommend it. I am starting my Wii coach regime again at the weekend. I am just waiting for my cold to finally disappear, still got slight deafness in one ear and still got a flemmy cough (any excuse)!!!Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
I can now see the telly - all the stuff has been logged and boxed, 1 dress has gone to the drycleaners because it has oily marks on the front (probaby from where it was shoved in the boot of my mates car - too many boxes and no room for me otherwise so two boxes got emptied into the boot), 1 dress hanging from my wardrobe and 2 are hanging in the doorway to the front bedroom (doesnt contain a bed only junk). Managed to buy some dress covers from the local bridal shop but they have told me not to sell the dresses with the bags on fleabay because they will get done by their suppliers as they are not supposed to have an internet shop - so I have decided that when I have finished with them, I shall sell them back to the shop:D
Its been fun trying to identify what things are - are they bustles or are they trains?

Horace - sounds fun - I thought a bustle was a short thing that went up your bum:rotfl: And a train was a long thing flowing from the waist:DDebt free and Keeping on Track0

Thursday
Had an email from MBNA saying I had been accepted for a CC. No mention of the life of balance offer though. I shall wait till the card and paperwork arrive. If there is no LOB offer or 0% interest for so many months then I will cancel it.
Emailed the Uni saying I am available to host a student teacher after Easter. I am on the list so fingers crossed I do get a student. Should net me around £500 for providing bed, breakfast (cereal and toast) which they do themselves and an evening meal - we always eat a cooked evening meal as a family so one more makes no difference.
Got some stuff out of the loft ready for the boot fair on Sunday.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -

Sunday
Did brilliantly at the car boot - made £80:j Got rid of some big bulky items as well.:j
Managed to get my act together and listed some items on Ebay. One was buy it now and someone has for £25.:j The other item has been bid up to £25 and still has another 3 days to go. My final item I just put on today.:j
My aim is to build up a reserve of £200 - so far I've got £87 so the boot fair money and Ebay money will go into that.:j
The house insurance is due on 9th April - lowest quote I've got is £108 for buildings and contents. Am undecided as to whether to pay it in one go (I will be able to) or whether to pay by instalments throughout the year.
Had a lovely Mum's day lunch today. Tonight its just sandwiches and crisps while we watch (or rather I watch) the final of Dancing on Ice.:DDebt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Great news about the carboot sale and the ebay items :j
I think if you can afford to pay the house insurance in full then i would do this you could then put away a bit each month so that you would have enough put away for next years. Have you looked through Quidco for your insurance so you get cashback 2?
Glad you had a nice lunch
