I did not mean you are all morons! ouch.. _pale_ maybe I should have worded that better, maybe my choice in men makes me a moron, hence no more MEN. I seem to attract ones who like to run up debts in my name!! Sorry for my silly comment it was not meant to offend you TF I would never do that to anyone on here you are all to wonderful and helpful. Goes off now to stick head down the loo!!

  • My sweet you have not offended me one jot, so please don't think that. I didn't word my message very well either. What I was trying to say is none of us, including you are not morons, we have just made some wrong life choices and then circumstances have then changed and left us up the creek with no paddles.

Now breathe :) and chant "I am not a moron, I am not a moron .....etc.

Though according to the song Gordon is :D Though I suspect you are to young to remeber that delightful prose.

My council takes it no problem.

The only places I have had a problem is online cinema tickets, M&S online, and I was that Brit causing a huge queue at a French c/card only toll booth :o

Well you made me laugh Peachy, in France of all places! where they have little to no patience!

TF, I'm chanting... loud and clear they all think I have lost the plot now here! how right they are! but the great thing is I am finding it again, and sorting it out. And laughing along the way.

On the council I will phone mine, believe it or not I pay council tax to one and rent to the other as one owns the bricks and mortar and one the land!

It is good to know things have changed with Electron cards, as they were pretty restictive when I had one all those years ago.

So much great information in these posts, it pays to read them all which I do try to.
