    Hey,

I only got 1/4 hour overtime today, but hey every little helps! Also picked up a penny off the path to bring me some luck and to go in my piggy bank!:rotfl::D

My OH saw an advert for AA driving instructors £30k a year plus new car every year? i think he said. I must admit he is a great driver although im not sure how he would cope with learner drivers. But his applied for it. As the college course he was going for this September was going to take 3 years and he wants something quicker than that. Im not sure he said how long this takes now, but theres lots of tests involved etc to do first.

I will be so happy if he becomes a driving instructor with company car, phone and a great wage!!

We have done nothing but talk about starting a family again for the past couple of weeks, we've tried holding the broodyness back but nothing is working. My OH actually said why dont we try to rent with a private landlord!!!! I nearly fell off the bed! His always been dead against renting, espically when we found out letting agencies wont rent to people with CCJ's. Only leaving us with the private landlord option really.

I wish i had never spent my savings on the car now! Although, love it sooo much! We're going to draw out a plan of action 2nite hopefully! Im excited!!:D:D

Anyway, ive done all the surveys in my inbox. Also got an extra 500 SAS points for a survey they sent.

Im now off the enter at least 40 competitions.

    Evening,

Phew!!! What a hot day its been!!! I wish they would put A/C into my rooms at work!! I didnt get to do any overtime today, but 2moz and friday we're going to be mega busy with hardly any staff and in this heat we cant rush! So im sure i will get some hours overtime.

Well the AA driving pack came through my OH's door today with a bit of a shocking price for the course.....£2400!! Ekkkk! We didnt think it was going to be cheap but thats alot of money! But if he wants a better wage its something that we will have to find the money for. Well as long as his sure he could cope with nervous learner drivers!

Ive finally got some bids on my ebay items only for 99p atm, but theres still 4 days left on them so plenty of time yet.

I had a lil spend today of £3.66 on kinder eggs for my nephews, nougaut bar for me and a air freshner for my car.

Right, ive got a tone of surveys in my inbox that im going to force myself to do now!

That is so nice that your OH is so into having babies etc! You will have to let us know what your plan of action is. It is annoying that you have to plan everything as it means you have to wait! Planning can be fun though.

    Good luck with the surveys

    Hi Maria,

Ouch that is a lot to start the AA driving course - but as you say it'll be worth it in the end.

How did the planning go last night? Its great that you both want the same things - makes life so much easier.

Well done on all the overtime lately and good luck with the surveys!

    Thanks girls,

Yea its good we both want the same sooo much, if only we were renting or had or own place we would be ready to start our family and life together.

We've got got bits of a plan of action so far, need to piece it altogether then check we're both happy with it.

Ive done 3 surveys so far, just one more to go. My little finger is aching, as i cant help but stick it up in the air when i type! lol

    Afternoon,

Just a quick one atm to say work was mayhem again today, so did 2 hours overtime and my feet are killing me!!! ...same again 2morrow!

Got 7p of tips left in rooms! lol and also found a 200 extra tesco points when you spend £10 on health and beauty, that some had chucked away so i nabbed that! As i need to stock up on vitamins and facial wipes soon. Tesco points are always handy! :)

My OH text me today saying his going the sell the BMW now!:eek: That bloke cars!! All the parts that he bought for it M3 interior etc is all coming off....that his only just put on! And his selling it all seperate. Then making the BMW look mint and selling it. So he can pay for the AA course.

Which im actually quite happy about as that car was a 2.8 litre!!! Too much on insurance and way too much on petrol for him. I really dont know why he bought it knowing it was too much for him when he works so far from his town. So that good news, he should be able to start the course as soon as the car is sold. :)

    Hi Maria,

Wow - your OH doesn't hang around does he, you must be so happy hun. It won't be long before you have your own place and an ickle family. Your OH sounds a bit like mine when it comes to cars.

7p worth of tips, what tight sods. We always leave a couple of quid if we've stayed more than one night.

    Afternoon,

Blimey its sooo hot isnt it!

I spent all weekend chilling listening to Michael Jackson, i had forgotton what a legend he was until he died which is so sad. Following him on tv from 8 years old to now, was really sad to see what he done to himself. he used to be such a good looking bloke. I think he was a very lonely person. :(

I was a big fan of his when i was younger, have all his CD's. I also have his Sega Mega Drive Moonwalker game, that is now selling on ebay for £50 plus! My nephew has my mega drive round his house as he broke his PS2, i knew he never plays the michael jackson game as he doesnt know who he is, so asked my brother if i could have it back to sell! I dont think he was very happy about giving it back to me! Although he said my nephew doesnt play it and it is mine! So im going to pop it on ebay while everyone is going Michael Jackson crazy!

My ebay items ended yesterday and didnt do very well, i think i only made about £2 profit after fees!!!

This week is another busy week at the hotel, still under staffed as usual but hey i will get some more money at least!
