I plan on making a veggie cheesy bake for dinner tomorrow night (cauli brocolli leeks potatoes and some spinach. Plan on parboiling the veg (not the spinach) and then sticking it all in the remoska with some mascarpone, parmesan and mozarella (may not use mozarella and parmesan may just use some chive and onion farmhouse stuff I have had in the freezer for ages.... who knows
)
However, tomorrow I am working til 7, am on duty so may have emergencies that keep me at work til later, SO... what I want to know is-can I par boil all my veg now, cool it down in cold water, then assemble it all in the pan for my OH to stick on about 7ish? (presume should take pan out of fridge to come to room temperature first
)
Thanks in advance :T

That sounds fine to me - after all, it can't be any worse than reheating leftovers from the fridge, and we all do that don't we?0
