This'll make you laugh....

2 weeks ago my father in law dropped me home after a wedding, just as we were pulling up a flat bed lorry emblazoned with the words vehicle recovery, or something of that effect on the bonnet, with two blokes pulled in just along from my house...given our currant financial situation, naturally i was worried. my partner was at a friends and luckly too inebriated to drive home, still i warned him about the lorry.

so this friday i was coming home again (mates b-day.....not a very dfw month for me!!) and that Van was there AGAIN!!!! call it rage....call it £1 sambucas (now that IS dfw-fied) i'd had enough. how dare these thugs sit outside my house and wait for th perfect time to pounce on my partners car!!!

i went up to the van, knocked on the window and asked the rather large skinhead who the hell he was there for.....my hubby's car!!!!!??!?!?!?!?!  i then ranted a bit that i thought bailiffs were the lowest form of human ..scum....blah blah blah......

well him and his mate just burst out laughing...:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

the skinny driver informed me that that baldy lived on the same road as me, and he was dropping him home!!!!!:o

boy did i feel like a pranny!!!!

  • Glad I'm not the only one that does things like that! Funnily enough, I did something embarrassing today too. I was in my local Sainsbury's local and they often leave a trolley out with loads of reduced items. Well I saw a basket full of reduced items which seemed abandoned in an aisle so I helped myself. Whilst I was in the queue to pay, a woman came up to me and asked in a very loud voice if I had taken her shopping out of her basket. The whole shop fell silent and people stared! Not sure I can go back in there for a while!
