Sorry to hear about your car. Hope you get a bit of money for it on ebay. I still haven't listed anything today yet but I now have 5 items selling for a grand total of £5.47 :j not great but its always a bit of extra cash. Still haven't found anything much for ebaying yet and i've stopped looking now!
Am trying to do a bit of wedding research but not getting very far!

Well i've managed to get some more stuff cleared out today. So far i've done the following:
- bag of cardboard and paperwork to recycling
- carrier bag of stuff to charity shop
- carrier bag of stuff to mums for my sister
- bag of paperwork stuff / ebay packaging to mum
- carrier bag of stuff to bin
- 2 boxes of stuff good enought to be ebayed .... just need to find time to do that!
I have made a bit of space in the living room but i always find that when i try and have a clear out i always end up making more of a mess than there was when i started!!!

So it's not that great this month... i have only managed to pay off £238.42 which is less than i wanted but at the end of the day i have still actually paid off something this month and got the car fixed.
I now have nothing left in my accounts for the car or the house and the gas bill is due in this month and is usually between 200 - 300 so am going to need to borrow the money off my OH to pay this when it comes in.
Im hoping that things will be better this month but am not sure if its going to happen. Ideally i would like to get my debt down to £25500 which would mean having to pay off £479.12 which am not sure if i will manage but i will try my hardest.
Seaxwyn your now beating me by £61.63 CONGRATULATIONS :T in getting into the 25s .... is it wrong of me to want to find £62 to get below you again
I've started my diet again today as its the 1st of the month rather than a monday so my starting weight is 11st 8lbs and i want to get down to ten and a half ideally so i've got 1st 1lb to lose so wish me luck
Will try to update soon

Buddiebabe - well done on paying something off this month. Also good on you for starting your diet again.
I, too, have started yet another diet - trying hard to do Atkins - started on Monday and so far have stuck to it, but I'm fading fast - I love bread and potatoes. Am thinking if I can stick it during the week and maybe take weekends off? Do you think that would work? I would be happy just to lose 1 lb per month.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
Hey MrsP hows things with you?
Re your diet i think if your sticking to it all week and then having weekends off then you should manage to lose a 1lb a month... I've not been as good as i would have liked although i am walking everywhere!
I have walked to work every night to the shop and walked home once toothis isn't so much to keep me fit but to save petrol on the car... but its also going to help me loose weight i hope!
I've also been walking with a friend at lunch and weather permitting we will do this two days a week... my friend really isn't very well and is overweight so getting them out the office for a 20 mins walk is going to help them no end .... and even though we're not walking fast enought to do much good its more excercise than we get sitting at our desks at lunch.
The only downside at the moment is that my legs and back are hurting sooo bad and i have to walk to work again today... i am refusing to use the car if i don't really really have to!
I have no money this month and am really going to struggle to get anywhere with my debts and just normal bills.... this month is supposed to be easier as there is no council tax, however, i always find Feb and March the hardest as something always crops up when you least expect it. Im working all this weekend and i now don't have a full day off until the 19th March... which is far too long to wait.. am going to speak to my boss in my 2nd job today but i really need to try and stay calm cause when i saw my shifts last night i was really angry then i got upset.... im working too much that everything else is being neglected and thats making me ill.
The only problem i can see is that i'll be told its your choice to do 2 jobs and you told us you wanted extra hours.... they will forget that i also told them i could only work every second full weekend... so i can see me telling them where to shove their job... but i know i can't afford to do this so i just have towhilst inside im :mad::(:mad::(:o
Anyway id better get a move on i start at 10 and i have to pick up a parcel at the post office before i go in

Hi Buddibabe good news and bad. Have a student coming for two weeks so will get around £300 But someone went into the back of my car. I was really shaken as never before had an accident. He gave me his phone number and stupidly I didn't take a note of his registration number and yes you've guessed it the number doesn't work. DH thinks cost will be around £300 so easy come, easy go. Was very upset about it but I'm ok now. Don't think I will ever be straight with money.Debt free and Keeping on Track0

Hey MrsP sorry to hear about your accident and even worse that u didn't manage to get his details. Did you report it to the police??? I know you didn't get the registration number but they might have been able to do something.
Things arent looking too good here i have no money and so much stuff to do and things i need to get. I have paid all my bills this month but i have also been using my credit card which is not good news but i have had to so i can get by at the moment. All this saving for the wedding better be blooming worth it!!
As im not going to have any more money to pay towards anything this month here's how things stand at the moment:

So all in all not a very good month and next month really isn't looking any easierI managed to pay off a grand total of £166.24 in March and that depresses me.
I have the day off so am going to try and make some use of it by clearing out the kitchen.... if for any strange reason (has to be a lottery win) i manage to pay anything else this month i will come back and update but at the moment its not looking likely

Buddibabe - I know you are disappointed but you have still managed to pay something off - no matter how small.
Am well into Ebay mode now - listed 78 items over the weekend - I'm on a mission to make as much as I possibly can - however most of them will fetch quite small sums but it will all add up in the end - I hope. DH has cleared the loft at last and we have enough to spend the next few weeks listing on Ebay - we also plan to do a boot fair at the weekend - and probably have enough to do several of those as well.Debt free and Keeping on Track0
