You've got a bit of time to respond then.
Your Payplan advisor should help you respond to the CCJ claim forms with offers of payments that are roughly in line with your DMP amounts.
If after that you get a judgement back that asked you to pay monthly more than you can afford, then PayPlan will normally help you through the process of asking the court to reduce the payments.
Hopefully they will get back to you soon.
