CCJ's, what a mess

Hi Guys,
I have 3 CCJ's just delivered and dont know what to do.
I am on a DMP with Payplan, but due to the fact I was unable to pay Payplan for the last 3 months due to lower wages and other debt problems.
I did let everyone know I couldnt pay for a while and asked them to freeze the accounts for a while but these companies have obviously had enough waiting.
What can I do?
I just re-started my payment to Payplan and to be honest feel the CCJ's are very unfair given my previous payment history (I missed payment previous 3 years)
Any advice would be welcome.
I have tried to contact Payplan about it but no answers as yeti

Are these just the initial claim forms from the court?
If they are then they should have "N1 claim form" in the very bottom left corner.
If not, what is the number? N30?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Ok
Whatever you do, you need to ensure that you request that the case if referred to you local court, as Northampton is the bulk processor and barely seems to consider anything on the debtor's side.
Is there any mileage in asking any of the creditors to withdraw the case? How much are you talking about in arreers? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
I dont think they will. Its about £6000 in total0

Chris
Appear to have lost a post.
Not how much is the total debt, but how much did you not pay over the last three months? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
