    i really should stick one of these on my monitor where i can see it! i quit eight weeks ago and thought i was over the cravings, but i was seriously missing the enjoyment of having a smoke earlier today. i managed to resist the temptation though, thankfully.

    i've seen the pictures they're going to be putting on them soon, and they're absolutely horrific and very graphic.

    if you've quit like me, and are having a moment of weakness, just take a look at this and then think again (don't look if you haven't got a strong stomach):

    Thanks for this, quit earlier this week so might get this. Yeah, the cravings just hit you like that, did me after six weeks last time. I guess you're so programmed to associate certain actions and moods with having a cigarette. I know it sounds trite, but I tell myself that I'm not an addict anymore and it takes the edge off a craving.
