At the bottom of each Frankie and Benny's receipt there is an invitation code and web address. If you fill out the survey you are given a 4 digit number which you enter onto the original receipt - take this with you (only valid Mon- Friday) and it entitles you to £5 off the bill. Hope this of help ....0
