Its been over four hours now.........i have emailed them twice since their reply, but no answers.
Surely it cant be that "technical"? All they need to do is remove a couple of zero's and chuck a decimal point in!
This is so frustrating

One of the items I ordered was out of stock and they said they would refund money, I had forgot about it and when ive checked with my paypal I cant see that they have, so ive had to email about that.

I am not sitting with boots in basket as I want Quidco so keep having to clear cookies each time I check and knowing I probably wont be fast enough.
