I have been emailing thatswhatithink.co.uk several times over the last 3 weeks about not being able to redeem my points for Amazon vouchers and it's fob fob fob.

Anyone else in same boat?

I have asked for an alternative to Amazon as I am sure I read on here somewhere that you can get paypal payments but they didn't bother answering.

Yes. I've been fobbed off to Olympic Gold Medal standard.

I've even asked that if they're not going to get any more, can I nominate a charity rather than being steamrollered into one of theirs, but no response to that at all...

I just don't trust the charity option, I mean who knows how genuine that is.

I wonder if they are in trouble really.

I did ask that, and said that an honest answer of "yes, we're scr3wed" would also be fine by me, as it's not always possible to keep these business models going. I wouldn't hold it against them, and would appreciate it more than trying to log in one day, and finding the site down on a permanent basis.

Again, answer came there none...
