    Have you tried reclaiming bank or credit card charges?

    I would advise trying to get another loan - consolidating debts is rarely advised unless you can get a very low interest rate. You may be able to get a 0% card or life of balance card (LOB - low interest)

    Now that weight has been lifted and you've posted about the bad bit you need to give us the info on the good bits and do a full SOA. That way we can see how bad or good things are, what can be done, etc etc.
