Hiya,
Just a quick question. I went bankrupt on the 24th of june, but today got a CCJ claim form for one of my debts. I'm wondering which form I fill in? I rang the court but they wont help me! Saying they don't give out legal information, not even telling me which form I need to fill!
Does anyone know? do I fill in the admission form but explain that I'm BR, or do I fill in the defence and counterclaim form saying I'm BR? I'm a bit confused!!!!
thank you

Send it to your OR, there the ones who deal with yoour Assets/Liabilities now"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

Don't send it to your OR, if they don't deal with it in time (which they probably won't) judgement will be entered against you by default, once this has happened it's a whole heap of hassle getting it removed.
Go online and using the code at the top of the form enter a defence. you're defending the whole claim, and your defence is that you are BR, state your BR number and court.
The court will forward this info to the claimant who will then withdraw the claim.

You're welcome Marste, you should get a letter in the post to confirm that it's been passed onto the claimant in a few days time.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
