It will just list the Lender's name, Date the A/c started, Current Balance, Credit Limit or Date the A/c was Settled.
BTW, another Ikano Card was the old Allders Card.
Best of luck sorting it out. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I sent for my £2 statutory reports which gave me all the information I needed to know.
Another poster has given you a link to Experian. Here's the link to the Equifax £2 report...
https://www.econsumer.equifax.co.uk/consumer/uk/sitepage.ehtml?forward=gb_elearning_credit14
You can order online, pay by debit card and the report only takes 4 days to arrive.
Says it's £9.95, not £2  - or am I looking at the wrong thing?[0 -
Bennifred they 'hide' their £2 report to a little box at the bottom of the right-hand corner (I know this as I had to ask for help myself when trying to order it) I think this is to encourage the more expensive option.
Problem was that after going through the whole process it said it wasn't available to order on-line so I had to phone. Experian was a much easier site to negotiate.0 -

Ah - I had an Allders card, that'll be it then. Think will be easy to sort, I don't owe anything on any of them so it's just writing a letter to cancel and posting it off. Thanks for everyone's help. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

This gives the full postal address of all the organisations who are listed in the body of your report. Use https://www.saynoto0870.com to find the relevant freephone numbers.0 -

If you want my advice I would phone them to make sure they get cancelled and ask them to send you a letter of confirmation.
When I checked my credit report 3 cards were still on there that I had cancelled. The reason they weren't settled was because the companys owed me a total of 14p! Could well of affected applications coz it looked like there was an extra £10k of credit!
When you have cancelled all the ones need doing also consider reducing the limits of the ones you want to keep. Also in about 6-8 weeks time order another file just to make sure all the ones you requested are marked "settled"!0 -

I've had ones in the past where the Credit File showed a settlement date months or years later than the date I know the a/c was actually settled. This obviously meant it would stay on the file for alot longer than necessary.
Thankfully I'd kept the last statement for the closed a/c - and noted on it the date the a/c was officially closed - and could then check this to my credit file. (Won't be doing that for a while though with my debts!)
I was able to write to the Lender concerned, they agreed they'd made a mistake and changed it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
They are all absolutely years old! But all advice is great, thanks, especially about rechecking.
