Im BANKRUPT!!!!!

Firstly a BIG thankyou to all on these forums I really appreciate all the help/advice/laughts you have given me, and all the help/advice certainly made my court visit run smoothly. Here it is...
Arrived at 9:10 for my 9:30 appointment, was seen straight away, payed up (didnt have bank statements with bank logo ect so will have to claim court fees back!!!)
Forms were checked (simplest case the clerk has seen!!!), told me I would have to wait to see judge and to go speak to an usher.
Spoke to usher at 9:55 was seen by judge at 10:40, asked if I had taken advice, said yeah CCCS etc, asked if i knew the implications of Bankruptcy, said yes etc. Everything was in order so, Declared bankrupt at 10:43!!!!
Didnt speak to the OR, apparently Middlesborough County Court only telephone OR if its a buisness going bankrupt, got my bankruptcy notice, and told I would be contacted by the OR (dont know when though!!!!)
Easy as Pie so to speak, exactly as the experiences of other people on forums, I didnt have a panic attack or nothing.

Congrats shadow..Well done for getting through it..The unknown and waiting is always the hardest but you'll be fine now m8.. And i would think the OR would be similar to the newcastle office. I had a quick phone call the day after my BR to check i was who i said i was etc and to check contact telephone no.s.
Then i was told would get a letter to say if i would or would not have an interview. My Telephone interview was 10 days post the first contact from the OR so possibly similar timescale as i think alot of the recievers for boro, sunderland and newcastle intermingle on cases..
Glad you are over and through it now and please keep us updated as to how it all goes.

Thanks all, now ive got a question.
My Benefits are payed into my partners account, and reading the rest of the forum, and seeing my credit is borked LOL, if we were to budget to an extent we could save some money for holidays ect, would the OR want some of it - ie we saved up 1k, by being very very stringent (put this cos I wasnt sure if frugal is the word lol) with spending and did some of the shopping/saving challenges?"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal.
