Faulty Plasma tv
I bought a Panasonic plasma tv in May 2007. The tv has already started to go wrong there is a permanent black line down the screen. A enginer is coming out to have a look at it, but i would rather get rid of it and get my money back. Please could some body tell me my rights.

:question: Can't find this question posted before, but is it possible to have a NPs button at the bottom of each page of posts [like the reply box], so we don't have to scroll all the way back to the top each time we go into a thread to get back to NPs? Or, am I missing some techie trick :( ? Is there a quicker way? RB

HI Martin, You said we could get memory card, delivered for only £4.98. Well, I tried, and they charged me £5.24. I know it's not much, but, they must have put the postage up within the 2 days I received your email, and today. Just thoght I would let you know. NOt complaining! Joan
