Excel charge doesn't actually show me parked
I'm preparing a POPLA appeal of an Excel parking charge, which has two photos of the car - one upon entering and one upon exit of the car park. BUT there is no photo of the car actually parked, and therefore no actual proof the car was parked at any point. Can/should I use this fact in the appeal? Thanks :)
