Caribbean- kids have dads surname
Does anyone know which caribbean islands need you to get a signed and witnesses document from the father to allow them to go? I am looking at a last minute deal to cuba/dom rep/mexico but dont want the hassle and expense of the above. I have googled but cant find anything. (sorry should of said Im split from their dad)

How do you get to the city centre from Rome Ciampino station. There are two options - First being taking a bus and then a train to the Rome Termini or taking a direct bus by Ryanair into the city. Has anyone done either of them before, which is better £-wise and timewise? Gracie. :A
