My deep fat fryer lives in my back porch so I didn't get too much mess from it in my tiny kitchen. I haven't used it for months and when I looked at it, the outside and inside was awful, sticky and dirty, Any advice on the best way of cleaning it, it's really bad, I nearly threw it away!

Hi all I've been very lucky due to a kind soul who has given us a two year old double oven from Freecycle. The only thing is it has a very horrible smoke stain on it near the grill at the bottom. It looks like the previous owner has tried to remove it by scrumbing off the plastic coating. Any ideas please?? Many thanks MM x

hello thanks to reading this site i tracked down some white vinegar today i put some in fabric slot in washer and ran a 90o wash and put some in a cup and stood it in bottom shelf of dishwasher(empty load) and ran a 60o wash looks fab clean did i do it right? and how often should i do it as we are in very hard watrer area…
