Combining Mortgage sub accounts document checks?!
We moved house in September 2017 & ported our mortgage with Nationwide. This part of the mortgage is due to expire next month. We had to borrow more money to buy this house & I believe we can switch products 3 months early so plan to move onto a tracker rate with no ERC for the ported part of the mortgage until June when…

Help to buy mortgages on 5x salary?
I know there is no certain answer and it is all down to affordability, however do any mortgage providers go up to 5x the mortgage when you use help to buy? We are looking to move and the value we get for our exisiting property could mean we may need a lender to stretch to 5x if we didn't get as much as we hoped.

Mortgage affordability and expenses
Hello! My partner and I are looking to get our first house but I don’t really know how the affordability side of getting a mortgage works. What expenses do they look at? Using mortgage to consolidate debt
Hi, Long story short two years ago we bought a property which required extensive renovation, we like many blew our buget as the extent of the renovation far surpassed our expectations.
